CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING/ LATE ARRIVAL

Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict booking policy. To be fair to all clients, we ask all clients to respect our policy.

· 24 hrs Cancellation/Rescheduling notice is required to allow time to relocate your appointment to another client.

If you fail to show up or give less then 24 hours notice to move your appointment you will forfeit your deposit.

Deposits:

  • Cosmetic Tattoo appointments: $100

  • Skin/Facial Treatments: $50

  • All other appointments: 50%

· Please also note, If you are running late, we reserves the right to cut your treatment time to ensure that our therapists are not late for their next following service, but you will be charged the full service price. Every client’s time is valuable and we will do our utmost best to respect your time.

· We recommend arriving 5 - 10 minutes prior to your appointment: if forms are required to be filled in or you need to use the bathroom this will not use your “actual treatment time”

 PAYMENTS

· We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash and afterpay, unfortunately we do not accept bank cheques.

· All appointments preformed the day of the treatment must be paid in full that day.

· We offer all clients the option to afterpay as a method of Payment.

· afterpay payments can be used on all services, excluding cosmetic injectables.

· afterpay is available on a minimum spend of $100.

· We strongly advise to create a afterpay account prior to your appointment time/day to ensure you are approved and eligible. We have no involvement with afterpay’s eligibility and repayments.

· All payments through afterpay at Touch Body & Soul are managed through afterpay.

 

PREPAID SERVICES

· All prepaid services have no expiration date.

· For the above factor, We do not provide refunds on any prepaid treatments.

·Prepaid treatments are non transferrable to another client.

· If you wish to discontinue the prepaid treatments, we are happy to transfer to another service or product within the clinic with a matching value.

· If a client is a no show on the day of the appointment or a cancellation within 24 hours, a prepaid treatment will be forfeited for our therapists’ time.

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

· We provide gift vouchers for dollar amounts and treatments.

· Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 year from the date of purchase and are not redeemable after the end date.

· Any lost vouchers cannot be replaced and “no show” to appointments after booking will mean the voucher can no longer be used.

· The voucher must be brought in with you on the day or it cannot be redeemed.

· Vouchers are non refundable.
